The true, American Dream. Life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness.

The freedom to step away without everything breaking.

The freedom to see what is happening inside the business without digging through chaos.

The freedom to make better decisions because the right information is finally in one place.

The freedom to build a company that is not just busy, but ownable.

That is what we are celebrating this week.

Yesterday, I sat down with Tom from XRay to talk about workflow design and the way businesses can use better systems to remove friction, unlock capacity, and create more leverage.

That conversation hit at the perfect time.
