Tools aren’t the point... workflows are. Software is a commodity. The magic is in how you design it to serve people. Automate the repetitive junk that kills morale. Keep humans where judgment and creativity matter.

Do this instead: Ask your team: “What drains you?” Then build workflows that eliminate those drains. Let software do the busywork so your people can do the work that actually grows the business.

3️⃣ If You Don’t Measure It, You Can’t Improve It

You can’t scale chaos. If you don’t know how long something takes or how often it breaks, you can’t optimize it. “Good” means you’ve measured the process. “Great” means you’ve automated the measurable.
