Mindfulness, at its core, is about being fully present. It's the conscious act of anchoring oneself to the current moment, embracing it without judgment. Rather than being lost in a swarm of past regrets or future anxieties, mindfulness invites you to the ‘now.’ It’s akin to silently observing a river, noting its ebbs and flows, without wanting to change its course.

II. Mindful Moments Assessment Reflect on the past week:

  1. How often did you find yourself feeling overwhelmed or stressed? (Rate on a scale of 1-5, with 5 being always)

  2. List three specific moments when you wish you had taken a moment to pause or breathe.

III. Mindfulness Practices

A. Mindful Mornings:

  1. Set a time for a 5-minute morning meditation for the upcoming week: _________ AM/PM
